I never thought twice before giving them everything I had. But today, I feel they do not value my sacrifices. They speak to me only when they need something. They do not show respect or gratitude. When I try to express my feelings, they say I am being too emotional or dramatic.
It hurts me deeply that the love I gave is not being returned – not in money or gifts, but in basic respect and kindness. I never expected them to repay me.
