Raja: Absolutely, it wasn't an easy decision. Ignoring the secured 9-5 job of a regular salary and benefits was a significant leap of faith. The decision to start my own business stemmed from a desire for greater autonomy and the opportunity to innovate. In this industry, I saw the potential to create something unique and valuable. I wanted to build a company where I could implement my ideas and make a meaningful impact in the market. However, I had been preparing for this transition for some time. I saved diligently to have a financial cushion and meticulously planned the launch of my business. Of course, there were challenges, such as uncertainty in the initial stages and the pressure to deliver results. But my passion for the industry and determination to succeed helped me overcome these obstacles.
Question: How did your experience in the plastics industry prepare you for entrepreneurship?
Raja: My experience was invaluable. It gave me a deep understanding of production processes, quality standards, and customer expectations in the plastics sector.
